hi! my name is mandy i am a filipino..and a student here in china with an X visa (student's visa) i've been studying here for two years now.. i'm planning to visit some friends in u.s. this winter break for a week or less and then go back to philippines..is it possible for me to get a tourist/travelling visa for u.s here? many thanks..
