Hello, I am Mongolian and live in Ulaanbaatar. The Mongols never been a minority and we are a nation with same level with your Han Nation. Chinggis was a Mongol who has blue stain on this back. All of Mongols have blue stain when they were in childhood. I heard that Chinese people don't have this blue stain. Please update your information which is saying Mongols is a minority group.

However, in China, the population of Mongols is less than that of Han People. So, they are considered a minority group. I think the saying in the article is right. I guess you are now in Outer Mongolia? Yes, you are living in a Mongol nation. But it's so different from the situation of the Mongols in China. Finally, I want to tell you one word, 'No boundaries between ethnic group.'
