About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am an India student in a University in Korea. I submitted some documents to apply HongKong visa for several days ago. I submitted at the same time with my friend. To day, my friend got a phone from consular informed that he will pick up his visa. But I still not get a phone call like that. So, I would like to ask if I am refused, I also get a phone call?

Mr.Sam, do you get a phone now? I guess that your visa application maybe sent to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong Government. Because some HK visa application need be get the approval of HK Immigration Department, then the embassy will issue it to you. You can call the embassy to enquire it.
