About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

I am most annoyed, on your web site of last week, you say that applications for visa's to China can be posted in by Registered mail to the China Consulate in sydney, also a regisgtered return envelope enclosed. I followed your instructions. But to-day I received it all back, saying you not longer accept applications through the mail, since april 08. I think you should update your web site, as this has cost me quite a few dollars for unnecessary postage.
