What is the administrative system that was spread throughout china? I have a project on China, and one of my main points is to describe the administrative system in the Sui Dynasty. I was hoping that one would give me an answer, for I cannot see anything on Google, Yahoo, etc. on the complex system of Sui. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
