Our Chinese mandarin pronounce 郑州 (in Henan Province, China) as Zhengzhou. Most foreigners pronounce it as Shengzhou. So, they mean the same city. I also found that some foreigners pronounce 重庆 as chungqing, actually it's chongqing.0
