About:Chinese Chopsticks

If you think chopsticks are difficult, imagine what it would be like to come here and try useing silverware that you have never seen in your life. And even if your life depended on it you could not do it.

They use knifes but not at the table, chinese food is usually cut for faster cooking.
They don't use spoons, they drink from the plate.
But they use spoons for cha (tea).
forks are not seen often in chinese kitchens but they know what they are as we know what kuai zi are. Using a fork requires a lot less of coordination. It should be easier for them to use a fork well in less time than it is for occidental people to learn the correct grabbing, using and modals of kuai zi.
