About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Traveling US - Hong Kong - China - US

I am traveling from the US to Hong Kong, spending 3 days in HK, then flying to China for 8 days, then flying direct from China back to US (not flying through HK). Do I qualify for 240 visa?

Your itinerary is definitely eligible for 240 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa.
