About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit Flight

My flight would be Guangzhou to Haikou and arrive in Singapore via Hainan Airlines. The transit time in Haikou will be 15 hours. Can we travel out to Haikou to tour?

Of course, you can. The citizens of Singapore can enter mainland China visa free for up to 30 days. You are definitely free to enjoy your layover by taking a tour or individually. Also, it is important to understand that your flight Guangzhou to Haikou will be a domestic one, so you will not be a subject of immigration inspection in Haikou at all. You will exit China in Haikou and not in Guangzhou. Have a nice visit to Haikou.
