About:Visa on Arrival

Paraguayan passport for VOA

Hello, I'm a Paraguayan passport holder living in HK (not yet PR) and got a SZ VOA on Jan 2020, but after COVID I'm not sure. Can my passport still be eligible? Besides the VOA, I had a tourist China visa granted this year (already expired)

Since you have been granted a Shenzhen VOA in the past and specifically because you were granted a Chinese tourist visa, your chances to be granted a Shenzhen VOA are really excellent and I would say, practically ideal. You should just proceed with your plan and I recommend you to use Lo Wu / Luohu border crossing. Have a nice visit to Shenzhen.
