About:Visa on Arrival

Shenzhen VOA for Paraguayan passports

Hello, I'm a Paraguay passport holder, I went to SZ in January 2020 and got the 5-day VOA without issues. I haven't been since then, so I don't know if I can get it or not now, I'm a HK resident. Can you please advise? Thank you!

It is hard to be decisive because the citizens of Paraguay apply for this visa quite seldom. Such a situation does not allow us to be firm in our answer/prediction. I would say that there should not be obstacles, especially since you are a HK resident and since Paraguay in not on the list on non-eligible countries. Having the last detail in mind I would suggest you to try, recommending you to use Lo Wu / Luohu border crossing. I wish you a success and a nice visit to Shenzhen.
