About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA Shenzhen

Do you think the office at Lo Wu crossing will be open on January 1, 2026 or will it be closed? Good to arrive early in the morning, or does it not matter? I heard there is a daily quota.

Also, I have US and Colombia passport. Would you say chances with Colombia passport are low? I am asking because it would be MUCH less expensive to do it with the Colombian passport than American.

It will not be closed and it is perfectly the same which passport will you use since the fee for a Shenzhen 5 day visa is the same for all the citizenship. It is exactly 130 CNY for all. Also, there is no a daily quota. Have a nice visit to Shenzhen.
