About:Layover in Shanghai

Layout transit 12 hours at Shanghai flight from Wuhan to Cambodia

I am Cambodian and I will fly back from Wuhan to Cambodia on November 1st via China Eastern, and I will transit in Shanghai for 12 hours. My question is: can I leave the airport for sightseeing or visiting downtown? Do I need a visa since I already have a visa for entry into China? How can I leave?

Yes, of course you can sightseeing or visiting Shanghai urban area because your Chinese visa is still valid. It will be invalid when you leave Shanghai.
