About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Number of days can stay in CHINA with M type of visa

I have stayed in China with M type visa as mentioned below.
22 days in Jan + 30days in June + 30 days in Aug = total 82 day
can i apply for a visa again for 30 days single entry M type visa.

Are you still in China? You can apply for an extension at the local exit and entry administration with the materials that prove your longer stay, and the duration of station won't be longer than that of your current M visa. If you have already left China, of course you can apply for a new M visa.
