About:Beijing Travel

We are travelling to a sporting competition in Bejing and will be staying for 18 days max

We are from New Zealand and see that we are on the new policy list for visa free entry but it does not mention entering China for sports competition.

Please advise if we need to actually get a sport/tourism visa.
