What should i do it stuck in kolkata airport sorting office nearly one month?

You may ask your local post office to find out where exactly your parcel is. When your parcel reaches India, It's your national post's responsiblity to send it to you.

Except your tracking number, you can provide your name and addess. They might be able to track with your personal information.

How local post office will track this shipment because the tracking number belongs to china post

I have similar experience. I am waiting for my courier fro @ more than 2 months . Today i have checked with post office , they have asked for the tracking number , when i have given them RF263240011CN , they said its not as per their format , its must be some other agency . With nave its difficult to deal with postoffice people.
