About:China Train

How to enter Chinese name for booking train tickets

My wife is Chinese and while booking train ticket for me and her, the system asked for name in Chinese but when I enter it's only in english characters and won't accept her name in english. How do I have it change to chinese to be accepted for ticket booking?

You need to type in her Chinese name in Chinese characters, the name on her passport and Chinese ID card.
