About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Australian resident visiting Hong Kong and visit Shenzhen for day trip

We are staying in Hong Kong from the 30th of June to the 6th of July and would like to visit Shenzhen for the day. Do we need a visa? If not is there a specific entry we need to go to?

No, you don't need a visa as Australians are given 30-day visa-free entry to Mainland China. You can enter through any port between.
