Complain on my China tour agency

Dear sir, I started to enquire about Xinjiang tour in March. Then there was a lady called 小洁 (WeChat ID: jhy1238871, when I did a deep dive is a difference name instead is 吴漾) who claimed that she was a guide for Xinjiang. We went through rounds of communication through Whapapps and calls, finally we agreed with the price from RMB4,300 to RMB6,500 individual private tour which mean I will not join others. I paid a deposit and realized they are Zhangjiajie tour agency instead of what she claimed Xinjiang tour guide. When date comes nearer, this lady went missing and another lady called 燕子 (WeChat ID: hjly_6666) came to liaise with me. The service was very bad. I asked 2 questions she answered one. Showing not interested on me. When I reached Xinjiang, not only I need to wait for more than an hour for the driver to pick me up. When I reached hotel, another group of angent came in. They told me I need to join the group. I text 燕子 and she replied with an unhappy voices said I made mistake.
I told her I have Whatapps communications to prove ane I had several calls with 小洁 on the alignment too. Neverthelss, I was already there, what can I do. I just have to accept it. Worst the route that they recommended some places I could not enter. Instead of they settle for me, I need to call the earlier agent, this Xinjiang agent, talk to driver to settle my all these bad experiences that I was going through. I was totally got cheated especially for the first agent.

Anthony Chua, feel very sorry for what you have went through. For those upcoming travelers to China, do not trust those private guides. Most of them are not registered with the government, which means they are not qualified for arranging tours. Instead, choose those qualified travel agency with years' of experience in the tourism industry. Before making the payment, remember to check their business licence.
