How can I complaint about the overcharge of medicine at a Tibetan medicine doctor at Shangrila?
how can i complaint about the purchase of the medicine and get refund for it? i try using weechat mini program go yunnan app but my phone number format make it unable to submit. my tour guide bring me to a house and say china government initiatives to promote tibetan culture so let us eat free homecook meal. after meal the guide was no where to be found and a guy came and say he is a doctor and check me and my husband palm after that ask us to buy the herbs. we say no as its expensive and he start to say if we dont buy and eat our health will get worst. he keep insisting and another lady bring the card machine and keep ask us pay. feeling confused and scare at that moment we bought it. after come back we say a lot of post saying its a scam. we hope to be able to get refund for it as its a big amount. where can we file a complaint? thanks
