About:Tourist Complaints in China

Where to complain about substandard hotel

Recently I toured for 3 weeks in china.At luoyang I booked room in ancient forestry hotel.but they alloted very sub standard room to me.To which department /whom I should complain.

You can complain to where you book the hotel, they may take punitive action to the hotel.
