Canadian 16 year old travel first time to china

My daughter has never been to china & HK. Travel to HK Sept 10, want to then goto jiangmen, Guangzhou & Beijing. Depart china around sep 26-28. Does she require china visa or is the new china government tourism enter country ok

If her total stay in Chinese mainland is less than 10 days, She can take advantage of the 240h visa-free transit to avoid visa application by planning a eligible transit route.
