What does the proof of work look like?

What does the proof of work experience need to look like? How about a working experience without compensation? And how about part-multiple time jobs? Does it specifically need to say full time and with compensation on the document?

Proof of work experience? Do you mean what kind of job works for Z visa application? Well, to apply for a Z visa, you need a work permit, the key document, from a Chinese company which qualifies for hiring foreigners but I see no specific requirements on work.
