Yes, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 240 (10 days) visa free transit. Please, note that this is not a visa, but a visa free transit scheme. I would like to inform you about a couple of details. High speed trains from Changsha to Shenzhen usually terminate at Shenzhen North and not Shenzhen South. Actually, there is no Shenzhen South train station :). Also, you can really take a ferry from Shekou to Hong Kong, but if you find this option a bit of a hassle, you can use a high speed train instead on Shenzhen to Hong Kong West Kowloon line. It is important to have in mind that your ticket for either ferry or train has to be bought in advance, even before you have departed from South Korea because you will be asked to present your ticket out of mainland China, in your case to Hong Kong in both South Korea and upon your landing in Changsha. It is the best to print out that ticket (its booking confirmation) and have that booking confirmation at hand in order to expedite the entire procedure. Have a nice visit to China.
