how to get from hongqiao rail station to pudong late at night?

we are on the G3178 from Xining into Hongqiao Railway arriving at 2236hrs (scheduled). the last Airport Link Line to PuDong leaves at 2200hrs. we have reservations at a hotel in PuDong for our next day flight back to the U.S. is there any way other than a taxi to get to Pudong? the last #2 metro also is at 2000hrs(?).

You can take airport late night bus at Hongqiao Transportation Hub to Pudong airport, which is in service from 23:00 - 05:00 the next day with an interval of no more than 30 minutes.

Albert … much thanks for the great response. We were able to get the bus to Pudong after 10:30pm from HongQiao. We took a wrong turn walking to the “Bus (East)” terminal, but asked the security guard and he walked us (500m/10 minutes) to the “Bus (West)” terminal on the other side of the station. Use airport 1 line to Pudong. ¥36 /pp. Ali-pay or cash accepted. Our bus took from 11:40-12:40 (1 hour travel time along 2nd ring road) stops at both terminals 1&2. Luggage storage available.
