About:China Business Visa

Tourism on M Visa?

Holding a valid multiple entry type M Visa, Can I enter China via Beijing conduct some tourism in China, then hold business meeting on last day of 21 day trip and exit via Shanghai. Or would I need to surrender my type M visa and apply for type L Visa?
