About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

HOW TO RECEIVE TIBET PERMIT AT BEIJING CAPITAL AIRPORT

I will arrive from Budapest (T3) and have immediate domestic transfer flight to lhasa.(T3)
I have to get the TIBET TRAVEL PERMIT from a guide before check-in to Lhasa.
Where / how can I meet my guide personally to get the permit ?

You need to contact your travel agency you will travel with about one month in advance to ask them to apply for the travel permit for you. You don't need to meet your guide, just provide photos of your passport with a China visa on it for the agency. The application is all done by the travel agency.
