About:Chengdu Metro Line 18

8h stop in TFU

Hi, I have a connected flight from Milan to Bangkok with 8,5 h stop in Chengdu Tianfu.
How long it takes to get the visa and leave an airport? Is it possible to visit the city for dinner and come back to airport in 8,5 h?

It won't take long to get the 24h temporary entry permit and it's possible to do a round trip and have dinner during the 8.5h.
