About:Visa on Arrival
So you cannot obtain this if you fly in to Shenzhen, only if coming overland? From HK?

Applying at Luohu, Huanggang or Shekou Port is more reliable. Shenzhen Airport also issue the VOA but you had better consult before departure as some tourists were rejected to board the international flight to Shenzhen. You can consult by emailing to szbjck001@163.com0
