About:10-year China Visa for US and Canadian Citizens

Appointment scheduling does not work

I click on "Make an appointment for the visa application submission", it takes me to the page of regions. I choose North America, but all locations in the USA are grayed out and cannot be selected. How does an American make an appointment in the USA?

Now the consulate-generals and embassy in the USA provide walk-in service. Applicants do not need to make an appointment for the submission any more.
