We will be scheduling our US embassy interview.

My husband.is a goat born Jan 28, 1980 and I am a horse Feb 10, 1978. Can you advise us what is the best day for us to schedule our US visa interview...and the best time to travel. We will be scheduling layer this month or early next month..
