About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travelling to / from China

Is travel from Seoul to Shanghai (direct flight), travelling overland in China and then departure from Chongqing to Seoul via Hong Kong using Cathay Pacific (as a 2 hour connection) allowed under the visa-free transit?
