Best time to visit

What is the best time to visit the Snow Jade Dragon Mountain between these two dates: Late February or mid March 2025. Are there any scheduled maintenance to consider?

If you go there only for snow, then February is better as snow starts to melt in March. Note that 20th of every month the Glacier Park Cable may stop.
