About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Is China Visa required for canadian tourists travelling from Kuala Lumpur To China from KL

I am a Canadian and visiting Malaysia. Can I apply for China visa in Malaysia when travelling from Malaysia to China with a round trip ticket?

Sorry, you cannot apply for a China visa in Malaysia as a tourist there.

Also, the route Malaysia - China - Malaysia is not an eligible route for 240-hour visa-free transit. You can make it Malaysia - China mainland - HK - Malaysia to create an eligible route.
