About:Tax Refund

Departure Tax Refund in Chengdu

Hi, I'll be traveling to Chengdu in December. I intend to do some shopping, including at Hermes. Will I be able to apply for tax refund on Hermes goods purchased in Chengdu? However, I will be traveling by high speed rail. I will not be going to the airport. It's there a counter for departure tax refund at the Chengdu high speed rail station? Thank you so much.

You can apply for tax refund when you leaving mainland china at the tax refund counter of any open port. But there isn't a tax refund counter at chengdu high speed train station.
