About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

TE letter

I'm holding a Pakistani passport and applying for tourist visa (L) as i lived in China 5 years and moved to Netherlands few month ago. they asked me to provide TE letter approved by Chinese government. Any idea how can i get TE letter and where? any suggested company or organization who can help me to get TE letter? Thanks

As I know, TE letter is used for F or M visa application which are issued by local Foreign Affairs Office in China. If you go to China only for tourism, a TE letter is not needed.
