China Visa - TE INVITATION LETTER - what is this and who can give me this version?

Hi together,

please help with information. I am a turkish guy living in germany.

I will travel to china to our JointVenture for business for one week. I have an official invitation letter from company but i received info, that i need an invitation letter TE.

I have no idea what the TE-letter is about or how it looks like. What is this TE-version and who can give me this TE-version. Please advise, who can issue such letter and where does one get the letter.

As I know, TE invitation letters are mainly issued to people who enter China to engage in exchanges, visits, inspection, mainly corresponding to F or M visa. The TE invitation letter should be offered by your invitation unit. They need to get the letter approval from China Foreign Affairs Bureau.
