About:10-year China Visa for US and Canadian Citizens

Validity of 10 year Chinese Visa

I have a 10 year Chinese visa that was issued on 29 November 2016 and that expires 29 November 2025. Is this visa still valid for travel into China? Because of COVID, the 10 year visas for China travel were suspended in 2021(?).

After the covid restrictions, the visa has been valid again. I heard that you can go to China embassy to extend the validity of your current 10-year visa, which has been suspended during the COVID.
