carriage luggage area

Hi,
How can I book a seat for high speed train that is next to carriage luggage area?
This is because I will be traveling with 28 inches luggage

The seats are randomly assigned and you can only choose the seats by window or by aisle. Currently, one can not choose the location of the seats in the carriage.
