About:Ulaanbaatar ¨C Hohhot Trains

Train from Ulaanbataar to Hohhot or Beijing

Hi. I will spend in Ulaanbataar from 11-13 January 2025 and I will going back to Beijing from Ulaanbataar on 13th January 2025. The question is :

How much the fix train ticket price for this route? Because, I saw a different price with different blog.

Where and when I must buy the ticket train?

Ulaanbataar to Hohhot train costs $110 for second class and $165 for first class. From Hohhot to Beijing, it costs CNY 189-209 for second class seat. No train from Ulanbataar to Beijing. You can buy the ticket on 2F of Ulaanbataar Railway Station.

Thanks for your answer. One more question. How many days early I must going to Ulaanbataar train station to buy the ticket? For example, I need to ride a ride on 13th January 2025. So, when I must come to counter to buy the ticket?

From someone's share, she bought the ticket on the same day but I'm not sure if it was in the off season. You can also book online in advance, just search it on the internet.
