About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Beijing Captial International Airport T2 to T3 transfer

I am travelling with air china and purchased tickets from London UK to Phom Penn via Beijin.
I see i will need to transfer from T2 to T3. Do i need a day visa?
If so, how do I get one?
