About:Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station

Hi, can I apply for the 144-hour visa-free transit at Hong Kong West Kowloon station?

I am Argentinian planning to visit Hong Kong, then Guangzhou via train and then Viet Nam via airplane.

No, you can't. You can only take a HK - GZ flight or ferry to apply for the 144 at the airports, Nansha Cruise Port or Shekou Cruise Port, holding a flight ticket to leave Mainland China within 6 days.
