About:Visa on Arrival

Shenzhen to Guilin

If I get a Shenzhen VOA, can I travel to/from Guilin by high-speed rail and leave via Shenzhen? Will anyone check my visa on leaving or entering Guangdong?

No, you are not allowed to travel anywhere outside the Shenzhen city limits, let alone Guilin that is located in totally different province. In other words, you should not attempt to do that.
