About:Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station

Can indonesian travel to shenzhen via high speed railway at Hong Kong West Kowloon?

Or have to go by lohu port to apply visa on arrival?

To apply for Shenzhen VOA, you cannot take the high speed train but need to take the MTR or bus to Luohu (Lo Wu in HK) or Huanggang Port (Lok Ma Chou in HK) or take a ferry to Shekou Port. And it's not guaranteed that you can really get one.
