Items purchased but I left China

Hello, I have purchased a few items about a month ago in Beijing Intl Airport. However, I didn't have an opportunity to make a claim at the Beijing Airport. I have returned to Australia. Am I able to claim at some centres in Australia somewhere (Melbourne)?
