About:Prohibited Items

I’m planning to fly to China right after my Japan trip and buying stuff from there. Can I bring in the items I bought from Japan? Like cosmetics, snacks etc? Do I need to declare it? How much am I allowed to bring in?

Yes, you can as long as they are not prohibited items listed on this page. Cosmetic and snacks are OK for personal use (not too much), so you don't need to declare it.
