Buying Train tickets from Hong Kong to Quangzhou for travel on 10 Jan 2025

Can I buy the train tickets now for travel from Hong Kong to Quangzhou on 10 Jan 25? Also what is the difference between 1st class and business class? Lastly what is the baggage allowance for 1st and business class?

Baggage allowance is the same for all kinds of seats, 20kg for adults and 10kg for children. But you can take extra, the luggage policy is slack.
