Buying a ticket

Hi, I'm arriving at Hangzhou East Railway Station and want to take a metro line nr 1 to Longxiangqiao (West Lake). How can I buy a ticket for metro? Are there any ticket offices or ticket machines at the station? Is it possible to pay in cash or better to use Alipay?

You can buy tickets from the ticket machine or the service center of the metro station. Alipay, WeChat Pay and cash are usually accepted.
