Shekou Port for 144 hour transit without Visa

Hi, I use Canada passport. Can I go from Macau -> Shekou Port via ferry, obtain 144 hour visa there, travel to Shenzhen and Guangzhou, then return to Hong Kong via West Kowloon railway? Thanks in advance.
