About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Canadian Citizen to HK with 1-2 day trips to China

Hi, I’m a Canadian citizen travelling from Vancouver to Hong Kong for 3 weeks. I'd like to take some short trips (1 or 2-days) from HK to surrounding areas in China like Shenzhen or Guangzhou, Do I need to apply for Chinese visa? Thanks!

You will return to HK after the tours in Shenzhen or GZ?
To Shenzhen, you can apply for Shenzhen VOA upon arrival at a cost of CNY 130 but to GZ, you will need a regular visa.
